Exchange or Return of Goods
We offer free shipping on all orders above $50 within the United States. For orders below $50, a standard shipping fee of $5 will be applied. We also offer express shipping for an additional fee. Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST will be shipped the same day, and all other orders will be shipped the next business day.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information. You can track your order on our website or by using the carrier's website.
Delivery time may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected. Standard shipping usually takes 3-7 business days, while express shipping takes 1-3 business days.
We currently do not offer international shipping, but we are working on expanding our services to reach our international customers.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of receiving it for a full refund. The product must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging. Shipping charges are not refundable.

We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you wish to exchange a product, you will need to return the original product and place a new order for the product you want.

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will provide you with a return shipping label, and once we receive the product, we will send you a replacement or issue a full refund, whichever you prefer.
